We collect account information (name, email), conversation history, usage and billing records, top-up proofs you upload, and technical data such as IP address and browser type needed to operate and secure the service.
Data is used to provide chat, process credits and top-ups, prevent abuse, improve reliability, and communicate service updates (subject to your notification preferences). Messages may be sent to third-party AI providers to generate responses.
We use essential cookies for authentication and preferences. When configured, we may also load Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), and Microsoft Clarity to understand product usage and improve the site. These tools may set their own cookies or local storage. You can limit analytics via browser settings or extensions; essential cookies are required for login and chat.
We retain account and conversation data while your account is active and as needed for billing, security, and legal compliance. You may request deletion subject to operational and legal requirements.
We do not sell personal data. We share data with infrastructure and AI providers strictly to deliver the service, with analytics vendors when enabled, and when required by law.
