PakAI provides browser-based access to third-party AI models using a prepaid credit system priced in PKR. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 13 years old (or the higher age required in your jurisdiction).
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate registration information and comply with applicable laws when using the service.
Credits are prepaid in PKR and do not expire while your account remains in good standing. There is no subscription auto-renewal. Top-ups are made via JazzCash or Easypaisa transfer, followed by screenshot upload and manual verification (typically within 2–24 hours). Credits are non-refundable except where required by law or as described in our Refund Policy. Misuse, fraud, or chargeback abuse may result in account suspension.
Do not use PakAI for illegal activity, harassment, malware, spam, or attempts to bypass security controls. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
Model responses are generated by third-party providers and may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for how you use generated content. PakAIdoes not guarantee factual correctness or fitness for a particular purpose. Those providers' terms may also apply to model use.
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Pakistan have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protections apply.
