PakAI credits are prepaid and generally non-refundable, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Credits do not expire while the account remains active and in good standing.
Transfer through JazzCash or Easypaisa, upload the payment screenshot, and wait for manual verification. Credits are added after approval. There is no automatic debit or recurring subscription.
A request may be rejected if the screenshot is unclear, the amount does not match, or the proof appears to belong to another account. You may submit a new request with correct proof. Rejected requests do not receive credits.
For a transfer to the wrong number, a duplicate payment, or a JazzCash or Easypaisa dispute, please Contact first and share the transaction ID, amount, and time. The wallet provider's own dispute process may also apply.
Fraudulent proof, reused screenshots, or payment abuse may result in account suspension and forfeited credits. Details: Terms of Service.
